Hatirpul, Dhaka-1000 as an independent company in Bangladesh.The owner of the channel is the Said Iskandar the younger brother of the Ex-Prime Minister Khaleda Zia. Arrival of Islamic Television has great significance for Bangladesh as well as Muslims in matters of benefiting from the spirit of duty, Discipline and harmony in Islam. It is the first Bengali Language Islamic satellite television channel for 280 million Bengali speaking people of the world.
